Precast is a construction product produced by casting concrete in a reusable mold which is then cured in a controlled environment, transported to the construction site and lifted into place.

Fabrication of Precast work is a series of activity starting from bar fabrication (cutting, bending and assembling the bars according to the bending bar schedule), mould cleaning and preparation, fixing of rebar/cast in item/pre-stressing strand, quality inspection before casting, concreting, de-moulding, final quality check, precast numbering and marking, transfer to the storage yard, and concrete treatment before transported to the installation location.

PT Mitra Sarana Membangun always do our best to ensure the quality of our precast meet customer’s satisfaction.

Precast will be transported from the storage yard to the installation location by using trailer. Precast will be equipped with scaffolding which has passed inspection before erection. After that, the precast will be lifted using the crane to the installation/determined position, then being fastened up using slings and adjustment for verticality and horizontality.

All of this Erection process is carried out by competent and certified employees and supervised by safety officers to ensure the safety of the whole process.

In engineering, a foundation is the element of a structure which connects it to the ground, and transfers loads from the structure to the ground.

Good foundation will provide overall lateral stability for the structure. The stronger is the foundation, more stable is the structure. PT Mitra Sarana Membangun has been doing a lot of foundation works in our many projects.

All the foundation will be passed the quality inspection along with the client’s satisfaction.

Structures in which the members are made of steel and are joined by welding, riveting, or bolting. Because of the high strength of steel, these structures are reliable and require less material than other types of structures. Steel structures are distinguished by the diversity of their shapes and by their architectural expressiveness.

PT Mitra Sarana Membangun performs fabrication & assembling of steel structures according to predetermined designs. After passing the quality check, the steel structure will be erected to the designated position.

Usually the erection of steel structure consists of the assembly of steel components into a frame on site. The processes involve lifting and placing components into position, then connecting them together. The assembled frame needs to be aligned before bolting up is completed.
